''You owe me N168k but doing N100k giveaway for the gram, pay me my money'' designer Ayo Van Elmar calls out media entrepreneur, Salma Nabila Phillips

This is a developing gist. Media entrepreneur, Salma Nabila Phillips(right), has been called out on social media by Fashion designer, Ayo Elizabeth Olaogun of Ayo Van Elmar label(left), over an unpaid N168,000 debt.
In a post shared on her page, Ayo Van Elmar said instead of Salma to pay for the services she rendered to her eight months ago, she is busy running a N100k giveaway on her IG page.
According to Ayo, Salma contacted her in August last year to make her two dresses within 48 hours which she did. However, Salma failed to show up for fittings. The dress was then taken to Salma at her home believing she would pay up later.

It appears Salma wore the dress to a party, took pictures, posted on instagram and thanked Ayo for one of the dress but turned around to say she can't pay because the dress did not fit well.
Salma is yet to react to this allegation. See all of Ayo's post on IG below

First of all, I'm not sure @deolasagoecharges that little to make an outfit in less than 40 hours. I studied fashion design as a profession, thorough German degree. And I am the best and what I do! I have a right to my prices. You could have found a cheaper alternative, if you thought my services were to expensive for you.
#2. Regarding the fit, I don't understand what you mean cuz she's wearing it on this picture and thanking me and she showed up and partied in the pieces.
#3. We'd scheduled a fitting, she didn't show up, I waited till past midnight. Fittings are quintessential, you've got to understand that.
#4. I eventually sent my staff with a mobile sewing machine to Salma, to fit in her home and make all necessary alterations. Salma didn't attend to them, she never came out to complain to me. But she partied in the pieces? I don't get you.
#5. I stayed up through the night with three staff members to cut off the flowers from the fabric and stitch them on one by one, by hand, to achieve the 3D look on the neckline and the shoulders, and you don't wanna pay? Your stylist @jowysfashionconsulting and I have asked you severally over eight months, with pleas to pay up. In fact I've told you to pay whatever you wanna pay! Just pay! Next post is a picture of the invoice! Your friend isn't telling the truth about what I'd charged.
Salma's friend is alleging Ayo told Salma she can make the dresses for less than N50k but after making the dress, told her it was N168k

We are disappointed that a group of people who claim to be Pastors will visit the President without asking for the freedom of Leah Sharibu - CAN

We are disappointed that a group of people who claim?to be Pastors will?visit?the President without asking for the freedom of Leah Sharibu - CAN

The Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, has dissociated itself from a group of Northern clergy under the aegis of Arewa Pastors Peace Initiative, Nigeria, APPIN, who visited President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday to pledge their support to him and his government.

APPIN, under the leadership of Bishop John Abu, had told President Buhari during the meeting that those accusing his administration of nursing an Islamisation agenda were opposition elements trying to destabilise the government. The group, which also described President Buhari as God sent, promised to liaise with Pastors in Eastern and Western parts of the country to fish out their colleagues allegedly being used by enemies to cause violence by propagating hate speech using the alter of God.

However, in an official statement issued on Friday night by the CAN President, Rev Dr Samson Olasupo Ayokunle, through his Special Assistant on Media and Communications, Pastor Adebayo Oladeji, the umbrella Christian body in Nigeria, urged the members of APPIN to produce a list of clergymen on payroll of the opposition party.

The statement reads: “
The attention of the leadership of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has been drawn to a group of clergymen under the aegis of Arewa Pastors Peace Initiative, Nigeria (APPIN) CAN does not know any of them and their organisation is even alien to the Association and fortunately enough they did not claim to be part of CAN.

We are happy that the Northern Christian Association of Nigeria (Northern CAN) has also disowned them. We are totally disappointed that a group of people who claimed to be Pastors will be visiting the President without asking for the freedom of Leah Sharibu and over 100 Chibok girls who are languishing in the captivity of the Boko Haram terrorists, whose only crime is their religion. We wonder why these supporters of our President, who claimed to be Servants of God, would not ask him to stop the unending killings going on under his watch in the Christian predominant communities in the North Central and some states in the South.

They were so concern with the 2019 election that they forgot to tell the President that the primary duty of any serious government is to provide security to the governed irrespective of their religious and ethnic affiliation. Telling President Buhari that the opposition had hired some pastors against his government speaks volume of where they are coming from and who they are in the body of Christ. We are waiting for the list of the pastors whom they know that are on the pay roll list of the opposition who are allegedly guilty of hate speech.

We all know how those who engaged in such an ungodly exercise in the Bible ended up. The Christian Association of Nigeria will not be discouraged by the activities of those whose agenda include but not limited to polarisation of the Association and blackmailing its leadership. We cannot turn the blind eye to the ordeal of our brothers and sisters anywhere in the country.

Those who are not concerned about the violence in the country are also free to associate and express their views while Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church is on the throne to reward loyalty and judge the betrayals sooner or later. CAN as an organisation is apolitical and we always ask our members to pray for President Buhari and other political office holders in the country to rule with the fear of God.”

''Satanic witchcraft behind bloodshed and massive deaths in Nigeria'' MFM General overseer, Daniel Olukoya

General Overseer of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles ministries (MFM), Daniel Olukoya, says satanic witchcraft is behind the various bloodshed and massive attacks witnesed in different parts of the country.

The clergyman stated this while preaching at the church’s monthly “Power Must Change Hands” meeting held at the Prayer City, Ogun state, today April 7th.
“Anywhere you see any bloodshed or massive death of people it is not terrorism but the work of satanic witchcraft. An evil force is the one behind all those bloodshed. Do you expect a sane human being to just slaughter another human being who is still alive when he will even think twice when killing a hen or cow? Nigerians need to wake up from their slumber as there is a massive resurgence of witchcraft all over the world. Nigeria is in the era of the great wrath where so many mysterious things have occurred; I mean unexplainable sexual perversion, unavoidable terrorism, emergence of kidnappers who are hungry for blood and terrible accidents. I urge all Nigerians to watch and pray and be vigilant as we are in the end time. So many things are happening'' he said.
