With very deep words, Dr Sid's wife, Simi Esiri congratulates Prince Harry on his engagement to Meghan Markle

With very deep words, Dr Sid

To any random person this post by Simi Esiri seems pretty normal, but given the fact that her 3-year old marriage to Dr Sid is troubled . reading her post again will offer clarity on the embed and hidden meanings of every sentencce she wrote.

In her first post since news of her troubled marriage broke a week ago, Simi wrote, '
The way he looks at her! She's older than him. She's a divorcée. She's an actress. She's an American. She's a Roman Catholic. And she's mixed-race about to marry Prince Harry of the British Monarchy! I say all this to say - Just be yourself, the world would have to adjust. Prince Harry has been known for years as "the rebel" but it's clear the entire world in this moment is proud of him for following his heart, defying the norms against all odds. This just reminds me that there is hope for everyone - Don't count yourself out. Huuuuge congratulations are in order! I'm so excited for these two! I pray God is the third cord in this union. Those babies are going to be real cute though! Spring 2018 couldn't come any faster'.
With very deep words, Dr Sid

'How Prince Harry proposed to me' - Meghan Markle reveal

Actress Meghan Markle will be the first American to marry a British royal since the marriage of Wallis Simpson to King Edward VIII, a union so controversial that he was forced to give up the throne in December 1936 to go through with it.

In their first joint interview since they announced their engagement today, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle spoke to BBC moments ago and they revealed how the engagement proposal happened.

According to them, it was a “cosy night” at their shared cottage on the Kensington Palace “I think I managed to catch her by surprise,” the prince said. “It was so sweet and natural and very romantic. He got down on one knee” Markle added.

The two revealed that they started dating in July after they were set up on a “blind date” by a female friend. “I’d never watched ‘Suits,’” Harry said of his thoughts before that first date. “I’d never heard of Meghan before.”

Markle said she only had a distant familiarity with the royals at the time, and had just one question before the date: “Is he nice?”

They said they hit it off and really got to know each other a few months later, when Harry invited Markle to visit Botswana with him. “We camped out with each other under the stars,” Harry said.

Markle said the long-distance courtship was a challenge, as was the sudden media spotlight that came with publicly dating a prince. She says she tried to avoid the headlines, including criticism over her ethnicity.

“It’s a shame that that is the climate in this world, to focus that much on that. At the end of the day I’m really just proud of who I am and where I come from" Markle said.

'Ronaldo can never be my friend' - Lionel Messi says with reason

Lionel Messi believes he and his rival, Christiano Ronaldo will never share a close friendship because they do not get to spend enough time together to build the required bond.
Both award-winning football stars have shared a formidable rivalry throughout their La Liga careers but while Messi claims the alleged enmity is very much created by the media, he also admits he and Ronaldo are unlikely to ever consider one another friends, if only because they rarely get the time to speak.
Messi said: "I don't know if we will be. Friendship is built through spending time together and getting to know each other. We have no relationship, mainly because we only see each other at awards ceremonies and that's the only time we speak. Everything is fine, but our lives don't cross over very often."

?Accept my sympathy? President Buhari tells APC

President Buhari has sympathised with the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), over the recent resignation of former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar from the ruling party. Recall that last week Friday, November 24th, Atiku announced his resignation from the party, describing it as a dying party. He accused the leadership of anti-democratic practices.
While speaking at the inauguration of the National minimum wage committee earlier today, President Buhari turned to Oyegun and said, “Accept my sympathy for losing a senior member of your party.”
Although he did not mention any name, it was glaring that he was referring to Atiku Abubakar's resignation.

Photo: Fraudster poses as woman on Facebook to dupe man of N1.5M

The EFCC Kaduna Zonal Office, today, Monday, November 27,  arrraigned one Abubakar Isiyaku before Justice Mohammed Yahaya of the State High Court Kano on a one count charge bodering on Criminal Breach of Trust and Obtaining by False Pretence.
Investigations into the case revealed that, the accused who allegedly specialises in disguising as a female, fraudulently opened a facebook account with profile name Hajia Fatima Mohmammed and through this medium, continiously chat and eventually exchanged numbers with the complainant.
Along the line they arranged to meet one on one, but being that Abubakar was not a female as he protrayed all this while lied to the complainant on the day they were to meet that his mum was hospitalised in Lagos.
Having realised that he had earned the trust of the complainant, he decided to furthered his plan by informing him that his mum needs to be flown out for an emergency medical procedure in Saudi Arabia and would need the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Naira as loan to make arrrangemnts.

Surprisingly, after a while the accused called the complainant with a purported Saudi line to intimate him about the progress of treatment, and asked for an addittional Five Hundred Thousand Naira to further off set the remaining medical bills.
The complainant again sent the amount.
Having fully mapped out his plan, he then informed the complainant about their return to Nigeria and possibilty of refunding the borrowed monies but met another hitch as his father was purportedly arrested at the airport upon arrival by the EFCC, his accounts frozen and needed money to bail his father which will all be paid back from the sum of Two Billion Naira that was hidden somewhere in the father's house.
The complainant in his statement revealed that a total of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira was given to the accused so far and after sometime his phone lines were no longer reachable and efforts to retrieve all his money became futile.
The accused however pleaded not guilty to the charge and prosecuting counsel, Sa'ad Hanafi Sa'ad urged the court to fix a date for hearing while the defence counsel, Habib Shittu filed for the accused's bail which the prosecuting counsel asked for time to scrutinise and respond to.
The Judge subsequently ordered that the accused be remanded in prison custody pending ruling on his bail application. The case is adjourned to 18th and 19th of December, 2017 for ruling on bail application and commencemnt of trial.

State governors to President Buhari 'We will pay salary arrears before Christmas only on one condition'

State governors to President Buhari

Yesterday, President Buhari had a meeting with the 36 state governors and he gave them an order to pay up salary arrears to their workers before the Christmas holiday. To ensure that this is actualized, President Buhari also asked the Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, her counterpart at the Ministry of Budget and National planning, Udoma Udo Udoma and the Central Bank governor, Godwin Emefiele, to commence negotiations with the Governors Forum to enable payment of outstanding Paris & London Club refunds, before the end of the year.
Reacting to the order issued by President Buhari, chairman of the Nigeria governors forum and Imo state governor, Rochas okorocha who spoke on behalf of other governors after the meeting in Abuja, said the order can only be obeyed if  President Buhari approves the payment of the 50% Paris Club loan refund.
“Yes, with the Paris Club coming, every worker should enjoy his/her Christmas. The president has expressed the need to make ensure that every Nigerian especially the workers have a beautiful Christmas and the issue of outstanding Paris club was discussed and that was taken care of.”
Speaking further, Governor Okorocha said the governors put pressure on President Buhari to get approval for the balance so that governors can make adequate appropriation arrangements.
“We also made a request for Mr. President’s approval so that the balance should form part of our 2018 budget, because we can’t include it, until we are sure that the money is coming. That was also sorted out. So, as it is now, the issue of workers took the centre stage and Mr. President was concerned about those who depend on their salaries to feed their families and pay their house rent and he had the assurance from the governors that we will meet up those obligations”, he said.
